Fe Fit Women's Workout Program Review #weightloss

Fe Fit has created a 13 week workout program for moms with three 30-minute workouts each week. These workouts are designed to tighten, firm, create shape, and burn fat. There are seven types of workouts on the dvds:
~Lower Body
~Upper Body
~Total Body
Bring the gym to your home with Fe Fit!

The Fe Fit program arrives beautifully wrapped.

I love the inclusion of a beautiful hand-written note.

The box includes a program booklet, explaining the weekly workout plan, and all the dvds needed for the complete 13 week program.

I love that there is a calendar to help you keep track of what you've completed!

I've been able to complete a couple weeks of the workout at this point and I find them very easy for a beginner like myself. The instructor on the videos is very peppy and energetic - she really makes it easy to get "into" the workout and keep you motivated. I feel more energetic, more relaxed, happier, and a little less flabby. As a mom, I find it hard to take time out of the day for myself and my health. With this program, I am very happy with the limited yet effective time it takes to complete a workout. I highly recommend the Fe Fit program, not just for other moms, but for any woman wanting to feel healthier and better about themselves.
