Exfolimate Exfoliation Tools Review #exfolimate

Exfoliation is a big step I love in my skincare routine. I've been shying away from physical exfoliators for a while because of the potential damage they may cause to skin, but I keep coming back to them because of their effectiveness. Exfolimate is a great tool in theory because it is a physical exfoliator but it's a simple tool that should be much less harsh than, say, a scrub with granules rubbing against your skin.

The cold weather tends to increase the dryness of the dead skin cells on the surface of the skin which can make the skin look dull and lack lustre. Using Exfolimate reveals newer fresher skin cells and helps give the skin a radiant glow. We tend to use more moisturizers during this time to help reduce dry skin. Exfolimate helps to increase the effectiveness of your moisturizers by removing unwanted dry dead skin cells. This creates a much more receptive skin surface for better absorption of moisturizers.
It should be noted that the UV rays that damage the deeper layers of the skin do not change in winter. It is therefore important to keep using sunscreens during the winter months.
Say G’day to ultra smooth skin and goodbye to dull, flakey skin. Introducing Exfolimate ™ - the ultimate tool to give you younger, fresher looking and feeling skin.
Designed in Australia – Exfolimate is your handy mate to instant exfoliation and pore clarification without the fuss of scrubs and loofahs that only rub the surface of your skin without actually removing the problem. The secret is Exfolimate’s innovative micro-groove technology etched into the smooth metal edge. The micro-grooves gently lift and remove lingering skin cells and debris to unveil younger, fresher skin.
Exfolimate is made to gently exfoliate the face and body and is precision designed for daily exfoliation and naturally skin clearing results. Using patented smooth edge micro groove technology, exfolimate gently releases dirt and oil embedded beneath your skin's surface. This radical deep-cleanse dramatically improves tone and texture, while reducing pore size, oily patches, dry areas and visible signs of aging. Use for a minute daily for fast rejuvenation or as part of your full beauty regime to transform your complexion. In addition to deeper cleansing, Exfolimate offers users enhanced exfoliation and superior moisturization by improving the absorption of skincare products. It's safe for all skin types and leaves skin feeling softer and noticeably brighter and refreshed.
Each Exfolimate box set comes in a two-piece Face and Body combination. The smaller tool easy exfoliates the face and neck, reaching those small crevices around the nose (and even behind the ears!) While the larger body tool quickly exfoliates your arms, legs, chest and back for spray-tan prep or removal.• Provides deeper cleansing, enhanced exfoliation and superior moisturization• Cleanses, refreshes and revives skin• Reduces the appearance of fine lines and wrinkles• Leaves skin feeling softer and looking brighter• Improves skin tone and texture• Reduces dry spots and oily patches• Increases the absorption of skin care products• Safe for all skin types

I was excited to give these tools a try - for $29.99 you receive a small tool for your face and a larger tool for your body. The process takes time, but there is a noticeable smoothness afterwards. I did notice softer, smoother skin with prolonged use - but I still feel like I get better results from a body or facial scrub. I do believe this causes less damage to the skin however, and will continue to use them in the hopes that keeping up with the routine will give me the lasting results I long for.
