#YourWeigh Weight Loss Belt #Review

Weight loss can be a struggle for people, myself included. I'm one who likes results and if I don't get them soon, I try to change my routine. One way to see results soon on that pesky scale is to loose excess water weight, which is what the Your Weigh Weight Loss Belt helps you do.

This weight loss belt is made of strong stretchable neoprene, and comes in 2 adjustable Velcro sizes (s/m & l/xl) - providing a comfortable fit and essential lower back support to help you burn fat, promote loss of excess water weight, strengthen muscle, trim & tone the waistline, and surround sore muscles with natural body generated moist heat; important for muscle recovery.
I tried out this belt for 30 days following the recommendations given on the slip of paper that came with the belt. I avoided using this belt for extended periods of time but used it during times of excersize to help promote the excess water (sweat) being pulled away from my skin into the belt to maximize the amount of "water weight" I lost. Unfortunately, in my experience this belt did nothing as far as weight loss assistance, but I did enjoy the amount of posture support I received while wearing it. This belt does have many glowing reviews on Amazon, however, so I encourage you to check it out further if you've already been searching for a product of this type!
