#yellowbeaks Window Bird Feeder #Review

Product Name: Window Bird Feeder
From: Yellow Beaks
Price (as of date of review): $29.95
Where To Purchase: Amazon

The window bird feeder from yellow beaks is made from a crystal clear acrylic that is seamless and requires no assembly. It allows you to watch birds inside the feeder from any angle, and the "keyhole" design of the suction-cup holders allow for easy removal from the window for cleaning.

First Impression:
Out of the box I loved the look of the bird feeder. It's very clean looking and spacious, allowing the use of any type of bird food. When trying to hang it up on our kitchen window, however, we noticed that the suction cups are to be placed too close together, so you can only secure the feeder with two suction cups (one on each side) instead of all three, excluding the one in the middle at the very top.

My Thoughts:
While this feeder seems sturdy and, well, perfect for many birds, I have not had one single bird come to the feeder in the month it has been up. For now I've left the seed in the feeder, and added a little nest for decoration so it doesn't look so silly with no birds ever using it. I admit, I'm a little disappointed that this feeder doesn't have what it takes to attract birds in my area.

  1. Oh, my cats would love having this on one of our windows. Actually, I would, too, but for other reasons.
