About: Phantom Fit Resistance Loop Bands are made to work with crossfit, yoga, and physical therapy to work out your arms, back, shoulders, legs, and butt all at one time. You can use any of the four bands alone, or combine them for added resistance. The durable latex bands provide you with 15 different combinations of workouts including squats, lunges, side-to-side exercises, stretching, triceps, biceps, and more! The bands come with a handy nylon carry case as well.

First Impression: First glance, they look like giant rubber bands, and the latex smell is a bit much when you first open the package, but that's expected and fades very quickly. The four bands come in light (blue), medium (red), heavy, (green) and x-heavy (black). They are labeled, but you can also tell them apart by the varying thicknesses should you not remember which color is which. They seem very durable without any seams or weak points.

My Thoughts: I tried these out with a few simple yoga exercises as well as arm and leg resistance exercises and really enjoy them. I feel like they really got me using muscles that I don't normally use and are helping me build up strength. I can see these being a very useful tool for many different types of people.
