About: Suggested use is one to two capsules a day with 8 oz of water as needed. You can also use as a 15 day cleanse, taking a capsule twice daily for 15 days. The Amazing Miracle Cleanse claims to provide results within 12 to 24 hours, ridding your body of intestinal track waste, reducing bloating, increasing energy, and providing several pounds of weight loss over a few days. The formula includes natural laxatives, fiber, and herbs to soothe the intestinal lining as well as promote healthy bacteria in the digestive system.

First Impression: I was a little nervous upon opening the bottle and only being able to smell plastic. I assume a mix of the bottle and the soluble coating on the capsules are to blame, but it's easy to get past. The smell could be worse! There is no taste when swallowing the capsules, and they went down easy without sticking in my throat. There was no after-taste.

My Thoughts: I opted to try the 15 day cleanse to jump start my diet and to hopefully rid myself of the lagging, bloating feeling I had been feeling for nearly a month, but I was quickly stopped. I've tried cleanses in the past that a subtle and work slowly but effectively. This is not one of them. It is effective, but almost too effective. The is a cleanse that one should only use if they have no where to go for two weeks. And I mean no where. By the third day of the 15 day cleanse I knew I couldn't physically handle anymore. The natural laxative in this product is extremely effective, and my recommendation is to use only as needed, not as a full 15 day cleanse. It did eliminate my bloating, and therefore also gave me a great increase in energy, but I will be saving the rest of the bottle for occasional use.
